Introduce your children to new flavours with this tasty vegetable and tofu stir-fry. Tofu is a really versatile ingredient and also a great source of protein. Marinate the tofu in soy sauce and maple syrup and add to stir-fried veg for the ultimate super speedy midweek meal.
