  • 1 tbsp plum sauce
  • 2 tsp soy sauce

Method

Preheat the grill to high, line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease it with oil.

Mix the plum sauce, soy sauce and orange juice together in a bowl, add the salmon chunks and leave to marinate for 5 minutes.
