This is a more grown-up twist on my signature Chicken and Apple Balls recipe from my New Complete Baby and Toddler Meal Planner. The grated apple and sage add an irresistible sweetness and depth of flavour to these mini burgers.

Ingredients

  • 350 g/12 oz chicken thigh fillets, chopped
  • 50 g/2

Method

Put the chicken in a food processor and blitz until finely chopped. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until the mixture comes together. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and shape it into 20 mini burgers with your hands.

Heat a drizzle of oil in a large frying pan over a high heat, add 10 of the burgers and fry for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Transfer to
