These oriental cod and prawn balls are delicious dunked in my Chinese dipping sauce for an added sweet and spicy hit.
Put the cod, prawns, ginger, garlic, sweet chilli sauce, fish sauce and half the panko breadcrumbs in a food processor and blitz until finely chopped.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl, season with a little salt and pepper and shape it into 12 balls, then roll each ball in the remaining breadcrumbs.
