It’s so important to include fish in your child’s diet and we know that the healthy fats in oily fish such as salmon encourage growth and development. But it doesn’t have to be boring: try these tasty salmon and cod burgers with my homemade tartare sauce.
To make the burgers, put all of the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until finely chopped. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and shape it into 6 burgers.
Heat the sunflower oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat, add the burgers and fry for 3–4 minutes on each side (fry in batches if necessary) until lightly golden and cooked through.
