Snacking on healthy food when you’re on the go is sometimes easier said than done. I always make sure I have a batch of these energy balls on hand for those busy days. Packed with oats, peanut butter and pumpkin seeds and naturally sweetened with dates, they are ideal finger food and will help give your child (along with the rest of the family) a mid-morning or afternoon energy boost.
