Interestingly, children who don’t like cooked veggies will often eat them raw. This colourful train laden with crudités will delight even the most hardened veggie hater. And then there is the extra thrill of using the crudités to scoop some tasty dips.

Ingredients

  • 2 yellow peppers
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 cucumber

Method

Cut out a rectangle shape on one side of all of the peppers to make the train carriages. Discard the seeds. Push 4 cocktail sticks into the bottom of each piece of pepper to attach the wheels. Slice 3 mm/ in
