My French toast triangles are the most heavenly breakfast treat. Top with a spoonful of berry compote or a dollop of yoghurt and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Beat the eggs and milk together in a wide, shallow bowl. Add the bread slices and soak them in the egg mixture for 1 minute.
