Interestingly, allergy to eggs is the commonest allergy in children. These cookies are egg-free and super delicious. And you only need a handful of storecupboard ingredients. The oats and sunflower seeds help to release energy slowly throughout the day while the raisins add a welcome hit of fruity sweetness.
