Make instant ice cream from frozen bananas and strawberries: it couldn’t be simpler.


  • 250 g/9 oz banana, sliced
  • 250 g/9


Put the sliced banana and hulled strawberries in a plastic container and freeze for 4 hours, or until frozen solid.

Tip the frozen fruit into a food processor with the maple syrup and blitz until smooth and creamy.

Serve at once or freeze until needed.
