This fresh cheese and dried fruit dessert is made by mixing the ingredients together, putting them in a lined mould and letting all the liquid drain away, creating a firm, dome-shaped pudding. The traditional shape is a pyramid, made in a wooden mould, but a coffee filter-holder or a clean plastic flower pot work equally well. Paskha needs to be made a few days in advance, and is traditionally eaten to celebrate the end of Lent.
