My childhood is made up of these pillowy bakhumri dreams dotted with nigella seeds. My mum would buy me this slightly sweet treat from a tiny hole-in-the-wall shop for our tea on our way home from a shopping spree at the local souks in Al Kandrah district of Jeddah, along with beef Buffs and Mutabbaq.
