Pan-Fried Red Mullet with Crushed Spicy Potatoes & Tahiniya Sauce

There are many small rustic restaurants and fish outlets who also tend to serve cooked food and catch of the day throughout the coastal line of the Red Sea. This recipe is a dedication to one such tiny restaurant/fish outlet in Yanbu, which serves catch of the day to an outdoor seating area for four. It’s been nearly four decades since my last visit. I’m not sure whether it’s still there or not, but the taste of the fish served there is still fresh in my memories.
