Jajeek is the Middle Eastern counterpart of Greek tzatziki and one of the very famous three condiment musketeers in Saudi Arabia. Mast o khiyar, cacik and laban bil khiyar are more or less the same thing but have different names depending upon which part of the Middle East you are feasting in. And on top of that, every family has their own recipe.
