Date and Qahwa Swirl Ice Cream

Qahwa is Saudi coffee made from very lightly roasted coffee beans. I love it, but it is an acquired taste, so in order to tick all the boxes for my very diverse group of foodie friends and family, I kind of winged it. And guess what ... it worked.
