My Rendang isn't Crispy

  • 10 pandan leaves
  • 125 ml (4 fl oz / ½ cup) water


  • Rinse the pandan leaves and trim the root ends. Cut the leaves into smaller pieces to fit into your blender.
  • Place the leaves in the blender and add the water. Process until the leaves are finely blended and the water is green. Strain the pandan juice using a fine strainer or cheesecloth. Use as needed.
