This is my younger daughter’s favourite dish, but she loves anything with prawns, really. Besides pizza, nasi goreng is our family’s favourite food to serve on Friday nights, simply because it is an all-in-one dish that we can enjoy while watching a movie at home. With fried rice, you have the freedom to choose and add vegetables and/or proteins. You can also make use of any leftover vegetables from the fridge. Season it with a simple mix of soy sauce, salt and sliced chilli, and everyone will be coming back for seconds.
