Ingredients

  • 12 ice cubes, plus more to serve
  • 850 g can mangoes in syrup
  • 500 g

Method

Add the ice to a jug blender with the remaining ingredients, reserving a little of the mango to serve. Blend until smooth.

Add a few more ice cubes to a glass and pour over the lassi. Serve with the reserved mango, chopped, on top.
