Indian high tea

A beautiful spread for a celebration. Indians love grazing, they love tea and they love really sweet things. I have cut back the sugar here as I don’t share that passion. Leave it out of the tea if you want, too, it will still be delicious. The halva is a super-quick cake; very handy to have in your repertoir
