  • 11/2 tsp black mustard seeds

Method

Heat the oil in a wide frying pan until hot, then add the mustard seeds. Once they begin to pop, add the curry leaves, onion and turmeric and sauté until the onion becomes soft and translucent. Add the ginger and stir-fry for a minute or so. Now add the crab, coconut and chillies. Cook until all the moisture has gone, then add the coriander and lemon juice.
