For those of you who have been longing for something deep fried, the wait is over. These are a bit of a paradox - or, to get a bit literary, an oxymoron. Although they’re deep fried, they’re very light and puffy in texture. Serve with Aloo Panchporan and natural yoghurt, or with Shrikand.
