Yet another take on the paratha, using fresh fenugreek and gram flour.
Combine the chilli, onion, fenugreek, gram flour, plain flour, chapati flour, cumin seeds, ground cumin, turmeric and 1 level teaspoon of salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the centre, then gradually pour in the hot water, stirring all the time with the handle of a wooden spoon, so that you don’t scald your fingers.
