There are lots of ways of cooking chicken with coconut milk. This is my version of Narial Murg, flavoured with spices, chillies, fresh coriander and coconut milk. Perfect with plain rice, chapati or parathas. Khoa can be found in most Asian grocery shops. Alternatively, you could use milk powder, or omit it entirely, which would make for a lighter dish.
