Let’s bring clarity to ‘the Pasanda’. I don’t know what you thought a pasanda was, but let’s get this straight: it is a flattened meat, like an escalope. Clear? It can be marinated in any type of marinade - sweet, spicy, rich, creamy, whatever. But let me reiterate, it is ‘Flat Meat’. This version is one of my favourites. Perfect with Chilgoza Rice.
