This dish is a popular favourite at dinner parties, largely because it produces a fabulous result with minimum effort. Served with Lemon and Ginger Rice, it is a marriage made in heaven (well, in your kitchen actually).
Combine the ingredients for the koftas in a large bowl, mixing thoroughly. Shape into meatballs about the size of a golf ball. Keep to one side.
