These are particularly versatile chutneys that go with most starters, plus they can be prepared well in advance and kept in the refrigerator for up to a week in airtight jars. If you want to make larger quantities, they can be kept frozen for up to three months and, believe it or not, they retain their vibrant colour even after having been in the freezer.
