A typical, South Indian dish, great for taking on outings and picnics, or travelling with in a tiffin carrier, A bit of bad news: it does take a while to prepare, but, by Jove, it packs a punch. If it’s too spicy, add some raisins to give a bit of sweetness. Serve with a helping of natural yoghurt.
