These biscuits have a sensational, melt-in-the-mouth texture, and are delicious dunked into tea, hot chocolate or coffee. Stored in an airtight container or tin, they will keep for up to a month - if you manage not to consume them within the first day or so. Beware, they are very moreish and exceedingly rich. Strong men have been known to turn faint after consuming four.
