Method

  1. Cook the sausages in just-simmering water with the clove-studded onion. Peel the potatoes and cook them in the sausage water after 15 minutes.
  2. Peel the white onions and slice them thinly. Make a thick vinaigrette by mixing together the mustard, wine vinegar and olive oil, season and pour the whole mixture over the onions.
  3. Carve the sausage and potatoe
