Peel and chop the onions and garlic. Peel the carrots, slice into rounds.
In a flameproof casserole dish, sauté the bacon, cubed, and add the onions and garlic.
Arrange the trotters and parcels on top, add the tomatoes, cut into quarters, as well as the capsicums, cut into strips, and the carrot rounds. Cover with the white wine (and water if necessar
