  • Butter 10 g
  • French shallot ½
  • Chives 2

Method

  1. Chop the shallot with the chives, add the pepper and work this mixture into the butter.
  2. Spread your toast fingers with the butter mixture and top with a chiffonnade of shredded ham and tarragon.
