  • Salmon roe 30 g
  • Thick crème fraîche 1 tablespoon
  • Lime

Method

  1. Mix the cream with the zest of the lime.
  2. Spread the bread fingers with this mixture, arrange the salmon roe on top and add a few coriander leaves.
