  • Brown onions 2
  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon
  • Soft brown sugar 1

Method

  1. Soften the onions in the olive oil. Add the sugar and allow to caramelise.
  2. Spread the bread fingers with the onion jam and top with shavings of comté cheese.
