Method

  1. Peel all of the vegetables and cut them into 1 x 2 cm pieces.
  2. Bring an equal quantity of water to the boil and first add the pieces of leek. Cook for 10 minutes, then add the rest of the vegetables and cook for a further 15 minutes.
  3. Add the olive oil and season.
