  • Flaky pastry (else ready-made) 300 g
  • Egg yolk 1
  • Frozen morels

Method

  1. Roll the flaky pastry into a rectangular shape and divide it into six. Brush each of the 6 portions with egg yolk so they become golden.
  2. Cook in a 180°C oven for 20 minutes.
