  • Sucrine lettuce hearts 6
  • Carrots 3
  • Onions 2
  • Thyme

Method

  1. Peel the carrots and onions and slice them.
  2. Arrange the lettuce hearts in a gratin dish with the carrots and onions, add the white wine, rosemary, thyme and add a generous amount of chicken stock.
  3. Cook uncovered in a 180°C oven for 1 hour
