Method

  1. Now that you’ve built your barbecue (see the Côte de boeuf), it’s time to make it pay for itself… Make a marinade by mixing the soy, tomato sauce, olive oil and chopped garlic.
  2. Marinate the flank steaks in this mixture for 1 hour.
  3. Cut the spring onions in two, slice the zucchini, capsicums and fennel very thinly
