  • Can of sardines in oil 3
  • Country-style bread 6 slices
  • Bulb spring onions

Method

  1. Drizzle the olive oil over the bread slices and brown them in the oven.
  2. Brown the bulb spring onions and sliced capsicum under a hot grill. Chop the shallot. Julienne the radishes and mix them with the butter and shallot with a fork.
