Method

  1. Thoroughly wipe the frogs’ legs and coat them in flour. Peel the garlic and chop it roughly. Chop the parsley.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and allow it to become foamy. Add the frogs’ legs and garlic and brown for 10 minutes, basting the legs regularly with butter. Add the chopped parsley. Season well.
