  • Potatoes 1 kg

Method

  1. Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly, then boil them in a large quantity of salted water until just cooked, keeping them firm. Slice the onions thinly and soften them in olive oil.
  2. In a gratin dish, alternate layers of potato and onions, season and add the cream and nutmeg to cover.
