Method

  1. Take the Camembert cheeses out of their wooden boxes and soak the boxes in salted water for 30 minutes.
  2. Put the Camemberts back in the boxes, wrap them in foil and place them in the hot coals for 8 minutes.
  3. Serve with a spoon.
