Method

  1. Roll out the flaky pastry into a rectangle shape. Melt the butter, mix it with the sugar and the ground almonds, and add the egg. Spread this cream over the flaky pastry.
  2. Cut the figs in two, arrange them on the tart base, and scatter a few flaked almonds on top.
