Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate 300 g
  • Butter 125 g
  • Candied orange peel

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double-boiler.
  2. Drop small spoonfuls of chocolate onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  3. Top each with a hazelnut, pistachio nut, almond and piece of orange peel. Chill.
