  • Sugar 150 g

Method

  1. Whisk the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture becomes pale and thick. Add the melted butter, then the flour, yeast and zest from the lemon. Fill the silicone moulds two-thirds full.
  2. Rest for 30 minutes then bake at 200°C for about 10
