  • Flour 800 g
  • Baker’s yeast 70 g
  • Eggs 5

Method

  1. Heat the milk and blend in the baker’s yeast. Sift the flour, mix in the eggs, sugar, melted butter, milk mixture, rum and orange-flower water. Leave to rise for 1 hour in a warm (25°C) place.
