Chocolate Slabs

You can be as simple or elaborate as you like with these slabs. Plunder your store cupboard for herbs and spices, dried fruits and peels, or shop around for fresh nuts or more exotic ingredients. I am lucky enough to live close to Persepolis in Peckham, where you can find tangy red dried barberries, dried limes and rose petals, all of which lend themselves perfectly to these slabs.
