Painting & Moulding: Hearts & Fish

We have been handpainting our chocolate eggs, fish and animals for over 20 years and each one really is a work of art, individually made to express the quirky nature of Rococo. These hearts and fish are great fun to make. The secret is to do everything backwards, starting with the patterns or colours that you see on the surface of the finished chocolate.
