This is a delicious chocolate hazelnut spread, much too good for the kids. Ultimately, it’s a very posh Nutella, and you will want to keep it for yourself. If you are feeling very generous, make it in larger quantities – it makes a perfect gift.



Make the Gianduja Praline and place it in a large bowl over a bain-marie, heating it until it reaches 45°C.
