Both these sauces are rich and silky, but the arguably less sophisticated water-based sauce does has the advantage of being both vegan and low in sugar. Use them to decorate a serving plate or simply pour them over ice cream or a dessert. They keep well in the fridge for a day or two, but I suggest making them freshly, especially the water one as it’s very simple and quick.
