Also called tuiles dentelles, these are really simple and so delicious. Serve them after a meal or alongside a lemon posset or chocolate mousse.
Preheat the oven to 160°C/gas mark 3.
Place the butter and icing sugar in a large bowl and cream together with a wooden spoon until light and fluffy. Sift the flour and cocoa powder into the bowl and add the orange juice and zest. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
